Announcing sizzling summer fun for Kids Grades 1-5!
Terrific Thursdays (5 Fun Thursdays) began on June 10. Each Thursdays’ fun begins at 10am and ends at 12:30pm. Children will go to fun places and be involved in projects that will help others. Here’s the line-up of what we will be doing!
June 10 Visit the Humane Society and take a treat to the animals. Visit the Greenville Zoo. [View Photos]
June 24 Plant a flower garden to beautify the Church’s Prayer Garden. Silly Bandz Swap. [REGISTER]
July 15 Go to Whispering Pines Stables in Mauldin. [REGISTER]
July 29 Fun at Discovery Island Water Park in Simpsonville. [REGISTER]
August 12 Visit and help at the Greenville Soup Kitchen. [REGISTER]
A snack lunch will be provided. All children attending must complete a permission form signed by a parent or guardian. [download permission form here] Participants must register by the Monday before each event. Individual registration links are included beside each event, or you can register for all 5 at once [HERE]. Or call the church office at 242-3805 to register. Charge: $5 per event. You must pay in person at the church office or on the day of the event. Needed: At least two volunteers to help with the children at each event & volunteers to assist with the snack lunch.
